Terms of Service

By creating an account, browsing listings, or using platform tools, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

• You must have legal capacity and be at least 18 years old.
• Electronic acceptance is valid for platform-use terms.
• If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Khanayman provides listing discovery, applications, and messaging tools for rent and sale workflows.

• Khanayman is not a broker, landlord, seller, or escrow provider.
• Khanayman is not a party to owner-tenant or owner-buyer final contracts.
• Platform activity does not replace required legal due diligence or property paperwork.

All users are responsible for truthful identity, listing, and communication details.

• Owners and agents must have authority to list and market properties.
• Property seekers must provide accurate application and inquiry information.
• Users are responsible for account security and activity under their account.

Listings and communication tools are provided to support transparent owner-property seeker interaction.

• Listing details, pricing, and availability must remain accurate.
• Applications and messages must be lawful, respectful, and non-fraudulent.
• Khanayman may moderate or remove content that violates platform rules.

The following actions are prohibited on the platform:

• Impersonation, ownership misrepresentation, or fraud.
• Harassment, threats, or discriminatory conduct.
• Posting unlawful, misleading, or abusive content.
• Attempting to disrupt platform security or operations.

Currently, basic listings, applications, and messaging are free. Optional paid promotions increase listing visibility. Khanayman does not currently charge transaction commission on rent or sale deals.

• Promotion prices are displayed on the Pricing page and at checkout (live from our packages API). Prices may change; current prices apply at purchase.
• Promotions are optional visibility services for a fixed period. They do not guarantee inquiries, leads, viewings, or transactions.
• Featured placement does not guarantee first position. Up to two promoted listings may appear on discover page one.
• Users remain responsible for any off-platform transaction costs.

Promotion purchases follow the cancellation and refund rules below, aligned with in-app owner controls.

• PENDING: You may cancel before payment completes; no charge is made.
• ACTIVE within 24 hours of promotion start: You may cancel for a full refund.
• ACTIVE after 24 hours: No automatic refund; prorated refund at admin discretion only.
• Payment succeeded but activation failed: We retry/reconcile automatically. If unresolved, contact support for refund or manual activation.
• Admin-initiated refunds are processed via Stripe; audit reasons are logged.

Promotion purchases are processed by Stripe. You must be 18 or older to purchase promotions.

• Payments are charged in PKR via Stripe Checkout. Applicable taxes may apply; prices shown at checkout are final unless stated otherwise.
• You agree to Stripe's terms where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for payment data handling.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of the associated listing and account.
• If listing is removed during an active promotion, visibility benefits end; refund eligibility follows the cancellation policy above.

Platform branding, software, and original content belong to Khanayman and its licensors.

• Users may not copy, resell, or reuse platform content without authorization.
• Users retain ownership of their content but grant limited display rights for platform operation.

Services are provided on an as-available basis, subject to applicable law.

• Khanayman is not liable for user-generated listing inaccuracies.
• Khanayman is not liable for off-platform dealings or third-party conduct.
• Khanayman is not liable for lack of interest, inquiries, or transactions from promoted listings (visibility-only service).
• Liability limits apply only to the extent permitted under Pakistan law.

Users should first submit complaints through support before formal escalation.

• Support reviews are handled through the published contact channels.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
• Disputes under these Terms are subject to Pakistan courts.

Khanayman may update Terms and may suspend accounts that violate policy or law.

• Material changes are announced with an updated effective date.
